I have been teaching primary children since 4 years , I am totally passionate about teaching .I try to make things simpler for kids and teach. I focus on keeping students involved in the class. This implies students not just waiting or listening to me while teaching but they actively take part in the discussion and hence increasing their learning and confidence both. Another thing i make emphasise is setting SMART objectives, make sure objectives are clear, realistic, and timely. Incorporating different activities in daily lesson planning, like group activities, videos to create interactive learning environment. In my classes I generally follow the Herbert lesson plan than includes right Preparation, Presentation, Association, generalisation, Application, and Recapitulation. My lessons are full of interactive sessions, group sessions, encouraging peer feedback.
