Throughout my academic journey in which I taught hundreds of students, I have gained a deep understanding of language acquisition, pedagogical approaches, and assessment methodologies. I have also completed specialized training in the British Council on many skills, especially the oral proficiency assessment, which has equipped me with the necessary skills to effectively evaluate and provide feedback on individuals' speaking abilities based on the speaking band score descriptors.

Over the past twenty-four years, I have been working as an English language instructor,trainer, and head of department in various settings, including many local and global international schools in France, Egypt, and in Saudi Arabia. This experience has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of learners' needs, as well as the ability to create engaging and interactive speaking activities. Furthermore, I have had the opportunity to assess students' speaking skills through both formal and informal evaluations, which has enabled me to master the speaking evaluation tools.

Needless to mention that I possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, all of which are necessary for effectively managing several tests and maintaining good records of the test-takers' band scores.
