Over the course of my 9-year career working with secondary School children in a supervisory capacity, I have gained invaluable experience in guiding and supporting students to reach their full potential. I have been a positive role model for the students, building rapport and trust with the students. One of my core strengths is my ability to develop tailored programs to enhance students' academic performance. Through careful assessment and understanding of each student's unique needs, I design specific coaching programs that help them harness their strengths, improve study habits, and maximize their potential. By establishing a supportive and motivating environment, I empower students to discover and utilize resources that facilitate better study practices.
