My experience is working 1:1 with high school students learning English as a foreign language.

My lesson begins with connection. I will find out about how you like to learn, what your needs and goals are, and what you are interested in. This will inform the content of my lessons. Motivation is the most important quality when it comes to learning and that’s why it’s really important to be learn through topics that interest you. Are you a visual learner, an auditory learner or kinaesthetic? That will dictate how you best absorb new information and skills and it will help me to know how to tailor our lessons to your needs. Finally, my aim is to make the lessons as fun as possible and that you come away feeling like you had an experience and are one step closer to your goals.
