- Advice on trialling specific learning resources, in-class note-taking and out of class revision techniques that suit the individual

- Assisting students with day-to-day academic / sixth form struggles by providing a listening ear, trusting relationship and encouraging them to develop their own logical, thought-out solutions
- Weekly / fortnightly check-ins on their personal development development.
