I teach English as a second language and Spanish and French, Portuguese and Chinese to English speakers. My classes focus on pronunciation and gaining fluency and confidence in speaking and listening. I teach via Zoom to both adults and children and my classes are tailor made according to my students' needs. I always provide my students with detailed feedback and homework after each lesson. My 10 plus years of experience in building rapport, encouraging student production and using different interaction methods has allowed me to deliver high quality lessons and has helped my students to produce top results. My students often tell me that they feel really comfortable and relaxed in my classes because of the supportive and positive environment in my classroom and the way in which the lessons are conducted. It gives me great happiness to see my students thriving and to hear their success stories months and even years later.

In terms of certification, I have a PGCE from the University of Nottingham, an MA in Translation Studies from the University of Exeter and a BA in Modern Foreign Languages also from the University of Nottingham. In addition, I have a CELTA certificate, a TEFL in online teaching and a level 2 diploma in Autism Studies. I believe it's highly important to continue to develop knowledge and understanding so I always look for ways to continue my own learning as a teacher.
