About me

I have experience of teaching mathematics in secondary schools up to GCSE standard including working on coursework. How I like to tutor is to support what is currently being studied in school to get a deeper understanding then work on areas where the student hasn't quite grasped the content. I teach the standard working out but will also present alternative methods if they help support understa...
I have experience of teaching mathematics in secondary schools up to GCSE standard including working on coursework. How I like to tutor is to support what is currently being studied in school to get a deeper understanding then work on areas where the student hasn't quite grasped the content. I teach the standard working out but will also present alternative methods if they help support understanding. I'm very patient and friendly and am happy to tutor at my home of the students home or online although I do think in person is more helpful.

I am also happy to tutor students who are educated other than at school and provide a scheme of work to follow that aligns with the curriculum and am happy to tutor small groups in this manner if there is a quiet area the students can study in a group with me.

I am familiar with ASD and ADHD.
