I have recently qualified as a personal trainer in May this year, but I have a wealth of training experience from my own personal training and delivery of my dance fitness classes for the past 9 years. I am also a real woman, that struggles with the challenges of every day living as a single person in their mid 40s hence why I am so passionate and keen to help others to feel confident about themselves with a realistic approach.
I can cover the nutritional aspects but to a basic, standardised level, where we can start with asking you to keep a food diary for a week to see if your current eating patterns align with your future goals, but in all honesty my strengths are in delivery of the exercise programme and sharing tips for motivation and wellbeing.
I would create an initial training programme which will be regularly reviewed and at each training session, you will have the chance to provide feedback and if necessary any suitable readjustments can be made.
