If you have specific aims, we can dedicate part of your scheduled time for your needs--for example, if you want to understand the lyrics of K-pop groups, we can talk about one for each lesson, and find out what kind of cultural background lies behind, etc, or specific vocabulary with Sino-Korean roots, in politics or business. Other than this, we may do remote Korean cooking class together, while learning new vocabulary related to cooking, etc. If you like K-movies or series, we can play the roles from the scripts, etc! Language is not just words or utterances, it is also influenced by the culture where it is spoken! So let's make the class more enjoyable!
Apart from my university education, I finished TESOL course successfully in Dublin, with the Cambridge TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test). Since then, I have been teaching English to Korean children of age from 6 to 18. And Korean to adults--German, Greek, Italian, Colombian, Brazilian, Turkish, etc. I have knowledges in different linguistic varieties not only in terms of word order, but also in terms of complex grammar, articulatory features for different pronunciation system. This is why and how I can customize the lessons for you!
