I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin yoga. I always begin my lessons with a warm up and end them with a cool down to avoid injuries. I also will always provide modifications for anyone who is finding certain moves and/or positions too difficult or too easy. I enjoy incorporating pranayama (breath work) into each practice as I find it heightens the overall experience.
