Hayden James L Crook

I have a years experience working with young children developing their skills in their chosen area and have led groups as well as taught individuals. My expertise lay withing music, being a guitarist, but I also have qualifications within maths and physics.
I am quite chatty and approachable which I feel makes it easy for people to talk to me. I use this with my teaching and put things in a way that students can apply using their own way of understanding. Sometimes with little drawings or sayings that will stick within a students mind. I often ask students how they would do something beforehand to get a grasp of their current understanding and adjust lessons accordingly. I can teach up to GCSE with great knowledge and a deep understanding and have taught and led groups of students as well as individuals in a local highschool setting for volunteering and have references from the previous two heads of music there.
