I have worked with students before to help them understand certain concepts in maths with a lot of success. I like to ask students to identify key areas of weakness and then I’ll develop a plan, through asking more questions, of how to tackle the content that needs developing and most importantly, helping them to understand it so they can remember it long term. This involves demonstrating methods, why these methods work and then applying these methods to practise questions.
