I am a highly adaptive and responsible individual. I like to make sure that I complete tasks to the best of my abilities in the most efficient and timely manner. My main attributes are that I am organised I like to plan things in advance. I am a passionate individual, once I put my mind to something I will strive and conquer any adversity or obstacles in my way. Patience in my previous line of work is key and I have this in abundance, however I make sure that my patience is productive. I have the ability to think quickly on my feet and make decisive decisions under tough circumstances. I come from a very humble background and have worked incredibly hard to make a better life for me and my family.
I am computer literate, I have attended courses/training and I was taught how to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel to a very decent standard. I have a French recognized bachelor’s degree in tourism management and communication. I am trilingual and can speak French, English and Arabic fluently.
I have moved to the UK with my partner and want to expand my horizons. I can work individually and as part of a team. My enthusiasm for languages has pushed me to be able to communicate effectively with confidence in all areas of life. I have good understanding of how to manage people so optimum results are achieved. When I am working I give my absolute all and am my own harshest critic. I am willing to learn more, take on constructive criticism and adapt to suit the task at hand.
I was originally a primary school teacher in my native country of Morocco. I started my teacher training in 2016, during this time I was learning how to adapt and mould my teaching style. I passed my final exams, completed my education, attained my degree by the end of July 2016 and began my journey as a teacher in 2017. My main responsibilities as a teacher were to make sure the classes I was in charge of enjoyed learning. My duty as a teacher was to show patience and perseverance and did so by reiterating and speaking softly and clearly. Organisation was a key factor in creating a friendly and welcome environment, this helped my pupils to progress and achieve their grades. I also directed small plays held PowerPoint presentations and managed a large number of classrooms whilst having to ensure targets and were hit. I learnt on the job how to multitask a number of responsibilities whilst teaching. I had to differentiate using tests on where to place students with different abilities into their correct positions. I did this and created groups for the different levels of ability. Nevertheless I made sure all my pupils felt inclusive and were equal. The all have the same opportunity to enhance their education. I also safeguarded my pupils by looking after their mental and social requirements. I would do so by remaining professional in the face of strict parents and lack of funding . This helped to make school a safe haven of education and socialisation for students. I would also invest money on pupils. Doing this made me feel incredibly proud knowing I had inspired and invested in the future of my country.
