A highly qualified & experienced native British Teacher of English Language with QTS, both acquired from the UK & teaching abroad - including the Middle East, Central Asia & Japan – now based in the UK. Until recently, I was teaching online for Central South University (CSU) - a Chinese partner university of the University of Dundee - with the intention of working in China; however due to the ongoing zero restrictions on Covid in China, I decided that now perhaps is not the best time to go after all.

Previously, I taught an online EAP pre-sessional teaching position with the University of Birmingham (summer 2022), after having completed a short residential EFL teaching contract at a UK summer school for teenagers. I have also successfully taught various courses online for two other British universities on their summer EAP pre-sessional sessions (2020 &2021), as well as working for Randstad Education (2021) both, as an English Writing Tutor at a local junior school as part of the government’s National Tutoring Program (NTP) initiative, and as a Cover Teacher for two secondary schools.
