Formats-
Lessons are tailored upon specific requests- whatever they are doing in school, or anything in particular you would like to be taught please let me know ASAP before each lesson so I can create lessons plan and material. Typical lesson includes; quick review of last lesson, introduction of new topic, explaining new topic using examples, giving timed practice questions to be done independently, reviewing questions and going over each one with the main focus on incorrect answers. We will then do a quick review at the end and assess if anything within that topic needs any further attention.

lessons can include; Basic level (curriculum) maths including; addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, use of units (£,m,cm,mm,kg,lbs,ml,l), time, shapes, basic statistics (charts), rounding, square/cube numbers, decimals, percentages etc.
Basic level (curriculum) English including; word reading, spelling, vocabulary, grammar, punctuation and glossary.

I am very experienced with teaching things aimed towards younger children, most of this is with children with special needs so I am very well trained in having lots of patience and understanding when teaching. I also have the developed skill of explaining things in perfect amount of detail and making points very easy to understand, by recognising that each child works best in a different way and once each individual method is found for them they can learn almost anything.

I currently have GCSE's in Maths and English along with A-levels in business and sociology which is also the degree I am also studying, including lots of Maths and English based essays.
