Hello!! ?? My name is Harry, I am 28 years old and I am from Cambridge in the United Kingdom ???? but I now live in Alanya, Turkey ????. I am a qualified TEFL Level 5 Teacher ???????. I have been teaching online for around 5 years. Before the war started, I was living in Kharkiv, Ukraine ???? working at an English language school where I taught both schoolchildren and adult classes, as well as a few individual classes and corporate clients within the city. I absolutely love teaching and I love watching my students progress and build confidence in themselves. It is my passion and I am very much looking forward to meeting you soon. I have taught students from all over the world, and have formed a close relationship with all of them, where I encourage them to push themselves and to believe in their own abilities. I have over 5 years of online experience as well as some recently acquired classroom experience. I am a very relaxed and friendly person, and I want my students to always feel comfortable with me and create an environment where they are free to be themselves and not be nervous or shy. There is no such thing as a wrong answer, only an answer that can be improved and together we can do exactly that. My hobbies include travel, and I have travelled around most of Europe, as well as Africa, the Middle East and Asia. I love football ??, both to watch and play. I play 2 or 3 times a week as a centre back and I support Arsenal in England, Metalist Kharkiv 1925 in Ukraine and Alanyaspor in Turkey.

My main objective is to build confidence and ability in my students. Learning English is 50% ability and 50% confidence. I want them to speak English with a smile! I try to keep the lessons relaxed and friendly, whilst maintaining a professional relationship between myself and the student. I do everything I can to make sure the student feels comfortable talking to me and feels free to discuss any topics and ask any questions. I want my students to question me, challenge my ideas and bring their own thinking to the lessons. I am currently using English File as the main source for my lessons and am always willing to share documents in order to further help my students.
