My Main goal when teaching is to ensure that the learning environment is comfortable for my students and that they aren’t afraid to make mistakes. I believe that education should be enjoyable and not stressful or saddening. I also think that it is important to build friendships with students to make work more enjoyable. My Main goal when teaching is to ensure that the learning environment is comfortable for my students and that they aren’t afraid to make mistakes. I believe that education should be enjoyable and not stressful or saddening. I also think that it is important to build friendships with students to make work more enjoyable. I also will make sure that passing the exams etc. is within reach of the student. I will use 1:1 teaching methods such as instructing students to tackle an equation or work together to write a long answer question.
