I will get the plan back to you as quickly as I can, and will have another session to talk through the plan, my expectations, your expectations and also to see whether you have any questions or concerns. My experience allows me to include muscle specific and sport specific (if you participate in any sport) exercises so that your targets will be met quickly the plan made is tailored to you, so if there is any specifications please let me know. Personally, I do 2 gym sessions a week, alongside 2 rugby training sessions and a rugby game. However, as mentioned before, I will be tailoring this plan to you and therefore for you this is likely to be different.
The plan will then be yours, and I will regularly check in to see how you are getting on with your plan. These check-ins will include me asking about progress, whether you are finding the plan too easy, if your targets are getting met, the accessibility of the plan, etc. Recently, my client had picked up longer shifts at his workplace, and therefore I had to cut down the plan's time. I did this for him and he is getting on very well, still smashing his targets and doing this in the little time available he has.
