Hello students!

I am a dynamic and adaptable teacher with a First-class Bachelor's degree, and three years' experience teaching English as a foreign language in Japan. During my career, I have taught whole-class, small group, and 1-to-1 lessons to students of all ages and abilities -- tailoring my engaging and effective lessons to suit personal, school or company goals.

Whether you are a complete beginner, want to improve your day-to-day conversation, bring your intermediate English up to a professional level, or pass the TOEFL/TOEFL university entrance exams, I can build a bespoke course to allow you to progress quickly in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

I teach "real" native English that can be utilized around the world, and like to incorporate anglophone culture (literature, music, art, film, sport, games etc.) into my lessons to allow students to fully immerse themselves in the English language, broaden their global education, and have fun while they learn. Learning English shouldn't be a chore, it is an exciting opportunity to unlock a wonderful new world of people, places, careers and culture.

I have a proven track record of exceptional professionalism in bringing students up to a high standard of English comprehension and expression, with many of my former students going on to study at well-renowned universities around the world, become fluent speakers, and work in global careers such as law, finance, and politics.
