I have 1 year working in a school as a teaching assistant. From mainstream to SEN classes
I have completed 2 years working as a tutor from year 1 to a level.
My lessons are made to be interactive so you are focused and enjoy the learning rather than me talking at you for an hour.
I have experience working in a care home looking after the elderly and teaching them.
My time as a teaching assistant required me to go to different schools weekly as I worked through an agency. This allowed me to gain experience from different teaching methods.
i have completed my psychology degree and currently doing my masters in Occupational therapy. I have worked with a range of vulnerable adults in assissted living to hospitals and understand people have different needs and ways of learning.

My lessons depending on age will consist of comprehension, spelling, tests, fun quizes.

Phonics is something I offer too. It's the basis for the English language. When I give questions after every 3 questions we will go through the answers and discuss.

Children are different and learn in different ways

My availability is mostly on weekends but depending on the workload from my university I can find time on the weekdays. On the weekends I am available anytime. I will set homework to ensure learning doesn't just stop after the class and will communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and how they are getting along. lessons can be early or late
