My lessons are free flow and follow a natural structure

I first establish the aims of the tutoring and what we can both achieve together and a plan is put together to work with.

I then tailor each lesson to progress the trainee and focus on different aspects depending on what level the trainee is with their English.

I generally will plan each lesson to include teaching and then implementing, finishing with a recap/summary.

Mainly I like to focus on trainees as individuals and not apply the same method to everybody. It’s a unique learning experience and no two lessons will be the same.

I expect open communication and honest feedback too, this allows me to improve and I apply it in the next session.
