I teach with visuals and/or word problems, my teaching style depends on the student I am teaching. I will give them a very short pre-quiz to determine the way they learn and how much they know as well as how they solve. I then take that and adjust my lesson. My lessons many times will be free. I understand not being able to afford tutoring. I will give the students extra practice if necessary. I use sites such as IXL and Deltamath. I use reward systems such as points to help motivate and give purpose to learning.
