Having done my yoga teacher training last year and travelling the world practicing I came to a cross road on what yoga actually was. One part of yoga that loved more than any else was the ommmmm! How vibrations mantras can really help the breath mind and poses we do to settle into the practice. Also increasing my knowledge on the philosophy and applying it into my practice. My classes will start with a meditation to centre ourself, breath work to either energies or relax(depending on the day) asanas will be slower so we can really feel the poses and a lot of self love :)
