I have been tutoring for just under two years and I make sure that I incorporate student's hobbies and interests in session in order to help them grasp content knowledge, this is often in the format of comparisons with their interests. I also ensure that they are competent at taking exam questions by making sure they go through questions from past papers. Furthermore, I ensure that I remain positive during sessions and try to motivate and encourage students to continue with their hard work, I also allow students to provide feedback during sessions in order to help them in future sessions. Additionally, the improvement of exam techniques is something I teach all my students as it helps them not just in the subjects I teach but across all their studies.
