I tailor my approach to the needs and character of each individual, with flexibility in approach being the key. I aim to boost the confidence of my studies through motivation and praise, using positive reinforcement techniques.

With regards to exam preparation, I can support students through revision techniques, past paper practice and tailor each programme to the relevant exam board. When exams are not the focus, I aim to focus activities according to the requirements of the student. This could be through recapping topics studied at school or supporting in skill development such as presentation skills, communication or writing techniques.
