My approach:
- We can begin with a conversation to understand what you aim to get out of the teaching and what I can offer you.
- Then discuss the methods of teaching, I opt for a practice makes perpect approach where I assign you tasks or adapt current project you maybe working on to cover the neccessary skills you would like to learn.
- From this evaluate what you learned? what you have found difficult? and adjust accordingly
- Try to breakdown activities/ideas/skills into key tips and understandings that I have picked up over the years
- Tailor software learning to the skills you need to use the software for the tasks you may commonly be asked to do in practice instead of learning everything about a software
