I am a confident, caring and altruistic individual with a desire to help and motivate people at every opportunity. I take great pleasure in helping others and spend a lot of my time with my family and friends as this is very important to me. I have vast experience in customer service, writing and excellent communication skills. When I am not working I spend my time helping disabled family members, going for walks, running and socialising with my friends. I also take part in a ladies hockey team on the weekends. Ideally, I would love to work with people and be able to help and support them in any means necessary. I am a very flexible and open-minded person who loves taking on new challenges and my ultimate goal is to make a positive impact on every person that I work with. I believe that everyone has a right to knowledge and education and this is something that I am very passionate about. I also believe that with the right support and guidance anyone can reach their goals no matter the circumstance. I am highly qualified with an MA in English literature from Swansea university, I have a TEFL certificate and an AET teaching qualification. I have a lot of experience with working with learners whether it is learning the English Language or revising for exams I am here to help.
