Hannah Doherty

I am a student at the Open University studying for a BA(Hons) in Language Studies: English with French. I decided to return to study because I had a passion for language and for learning new things. I have one year left of study and would love to begin passing some of my knowledge onto others. I decided to start tutoring because I want to help to motivate and encourage students who are starting their learning journey.

I can assist with homework or coursework for students at high school whether its first and second year work, GCSE level work, or A-level work.

I can offer help on anything language based, whether you are learning English as a second language, getting stuck into French, or exploring English linguistics.

I have over 5 years experience conducting training in the workplace both in a classroom setting, and one on one coaching. I also have a small amount of experience in a primary school classroom setting. Teaching is something that brings me a lot of joy! I love to help people to understand what they are capable of and to achieve their goals.

Being a student myself, I can totally empathise with how hard the learning journey can be, so as well as tutoring you, I'm here to share study tips and advice!
