Have you ever considered why learning BSL can be a vital skill? School, workplace and many other situations could require communicating with a deaf person. With Inclusivity being a hot topic today, let's include our deaf community!!!
With a combination of talking ,worksheets, slide shows, videos and more, the journey of English will be engaging and animated. Generally lessons are variable in length but on average are 30mins and they can develop into longer depending on what you need to learn. Practice sessions will be included to combine your learning to form sentences and grammatical corrections.
English is a colourful and varied language. Some describe it as a hard language to learn however my goal is to make it simple due to the fun and realistic methods.
I have been involved in teaching British Sign Language for a little over a year and my students have all said that the lessons fly and they have always felt comfortable with any mistakes and wanted to learn and progress which has certainly made things easier for us both.
You will not regret learning BSL as you grow and flourish in this wonderful language!
