I will use a mix of PowerPoint and whiteboards to explain and show what they will be learning. I will get them to actively join in and find out what they do and don’t know. Camera doesn’t have to be on so that there is no pressure and I will be working step by step to make sure they understand. Not only this but I will make a specific checklist per student for what they want to go through and will follow this as a lesson plan that is personalised to create the best and personal resources for specific students. My content will include mainly GCSE work to help year 10s or 11s who may be struggling and I will also show them some wording that the exam board like to see. I will always check that the students understand what they’re learning and will ask for opinions at the end of the lesson to see if they understand what they’re learning or if there is any extra way I can help I them. This will be an interactive lesson and communication will be needed. We can do this via google meet so that it is easy to access and I will share my screen to show anything that is needed. I truly think I ca make a difference to what student need especially with feedback and opinions on how I can do better as I’m willing to adapt and improve for each child. I will test every child on what we have learned at the end to make sure they understood what we spoke about.
