I like to keep lessons fun, dynamic and specific to each student's needs, so I always ask in advance for lessons goals or topics that they would like to cover, what specifically it is that they find challenging, and then find related activities, revision tips/notes and past exam/school material to best help. I always find for exam revision, past exam material is the best, as well as interactive note making so that the student feels most confident moving forwards.
Regarding online formatting, I often use teams or Skype but open to suggestions for others!
