My previous tutoring experience led to increased predicted grades and achieved grades for A-level students. I go through an initial session with students to assess their current level, strengths and weaknesses and what their preferred method of learning is. Throughout further sessions I strive to improve their weak areas and build on their strengths. all students have tailored personalized sessions to suit them.

To achieve high grades it is not only learning the core knowledge, but also exam technique that needs to be at a high level. Therefore all sessions include practice questions from the respective examination boards, with some small homework tasks set which will also be exam technique focussed.

Having gone through GCSE and A-level biology within the past 10 years and achieving A* at GSCE level and A at A-level I am well equipped to be able to know what is needed for the student to reach their highest potential.
