I’m a passionate GCSE Maths tutor with an A* in A-Level Maths and experience in helping students aged 10-11 prepare for their SATs and 11+ exams. My tutoring approach is centered on making lessons engaging and effective, tailored to the individual learning style of each student. I understand that every student is unique, with different strengths and areas for improvement. That’s why I take the time to get to know my students and adapt my teaching methods to what works best for them—whether that’s through visual aids, practical problem-solving, or detailed explanations.

One of my greatest joys as a tutor is seeing my students succeed. I’m proud to have helped one of my students pass the 11+ exam and secure a place at a prestigious grammar school. I believe in creating a supportive and patient learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing difficulties. My goal is not just to help students pass their exams, but to build their confidence and foster a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.

Each lesson is structured to keep students engaged and motivated. We’ll start by reviewing previous material to ensure a strong foundation, then move on to new topics, breaking them down into manageable steps. I incorporate practice questions and interactive activities to reinforce learning and make sure students are well-prepared for their exams. Ultimately, my aim is to help every student reach their full potential in GCSE Maths.
