My name is Hamad Khan and my key attributes include a hard work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, strong academic acumen, a goals motivated attitude, drive and ambition and good communication skills.

I am an English teacher by profession. The qualities and transferable skills that I have attained from this role have made me confident and outgoing, resilient and hard working. Aside from these, I also have a competitive nature, an engaging personality and I am also a good negotiator.

My roles currently include teaching English language and literature; this further entails analysing and answering exam and exam style questions, assisting learners with correctly interpreting and understanding essay questions, structuring assignments, delivering workshops, offering 1-1 mentoring and guidance and looking after the everyday needs of students assigned to me.

In my last role, I worked at Study Room Tuition Centre since June last year where I taught Key Stages 2 English Language, Literature and History to Year and 11 pupils. I also occasionally have A Level, IGCSE and (adult) Business Studies students. At the tuition centre student numbers ranged from 1-1, small class sizes and have large multilevel classrooms.

In addition to the above, I have further taught SEN students, pupils with behaviour management issues, learners of high achievement and multilingual classes. I thrive in such environments and enjoy the challenge of ‘out of the box’ teaching settings.

I have twenty-one years of experience and have been working with children since 2014. I also served as an exam invigilator at Brampton Manor Academy as well (May-June 2022)

As an honest, reliable and open-minded individual who is receptive to new ideas and erudition and enhancing my skills, I like to maintain a positive approach to any tasks undertaken and roles given.
