I adapt my lessons and teaching style to what my student needs; for example, I find that some people learn better with techniques like Active Recall, and others learn better with techniques like Spaced Repetition. My lessons will always have an element of interaction and discussion, with regular assessments. The assessments are not there to scare anyone ! They're there so I can understand how you're progressing, how else I can help you and if my teaching style is working - if it's not working, I will change it to suit your needs.
