With five years of harp teaching experience, I have worked with students ranging from 2 to 30 years old. I'm deeply passionate about both music education and harp performance. Through teaching, I find immense joy in sharing my love and knowledge of the harp with others who share the same appreciation for this beautiful instrument.

In my harp and music lessons, I take a student-centered approach, focusing on each student’s unique learning style and interests. Not only simply teaching students to play the correct notes, I strive to foster a deep connection between the student, the instrument, and the music. This personalised method helps create a bond that makes music more expressive and enjoyable.

The structure of my lessons combines technical skill building with creative exploration. We’ll cover essential harp techniques and music theory, but I also encourage students to choose pieces they connect with—whether that’s classical, contemporary, or even pop music. This helps students discover their own musical identity while maintaining a passion for learning.

As a graduate of the Royal College of Music with a specialisation in harp and music theory, I offer expert guidance in both areas. My experience spans various learning environments, from teaching beginners to guiding advanced players. Above all, I aim to create a supportive, inspiring atmosphere where students feel confident and motivated.

With this personalized and thoughtful approach, my lessons are designed to be both enriching, enjoyable, and inspiring, ensuring each student builds a strong, lasting relationship with music, their instrument, and their unique creative voice.

She taught my daughter harp and she learnt how to play the songs she's been dreaming to learn. She's a lovely teacher and she has lots of love for my daughter. Highly recommend!
