I like to incorporate a different teaching style based on student needs as every student have a different learning style. although it will be aimed at refining student's skills. First a thorough explanation of the topic would be provided ensuring student understand that. Then the student will be asked to complete tasks, i will review the completed tasks to ensure accuracy is achieved. Further assistance will be provided if required. I like to provide students freedom of asking questions to clear their minds about the topic. Learning in flexible and easy environment achieves desired results.
