My lessons change depending on my students learning style, I try to match my teaching style with their learning styles. I usually teach content and then complete some practice questions with my students before testing them in another session without any help, I avoid giving homework unless I think it is absolutely necessary or if my student thinks they would benefit from it. My lessons are usually quite light hearted and I try to keep the atmosphere quite light through chitchat. I have been a tutor for 3 years now and my previous students have found my sessions very helpful as it has improved their understanding of a subject and made them much more confident in an area they previously weren’t so confident or familiar with. My lessons tend to be online to make sure my students are comfortable and it’s more convenient for them.
