I don't get satisfaction until my student can personally solve problems and as well create problems for solving. I teach ethically using efficient methods, best practices and innovative technologies to bring out the best of my students. I never lose trust in them.
I practicalise my lessons and make common life situations of them for better understanding. And my students don't really need to worry if they don't understand at first. I do go back to explain again.
I use teaching aids really well. Most especially charts and diagrams. I give enough lessons and exercises for personal work. I also employ diverse techniques to solving same problem.
I communicate really well. I'm audible and I also organise extra lessons to help students. I'm hardworking, discipline and
dedicated.
I have many years of experience teaching Mathematics, English and Basic Sciences. I speak fluently. I've taught Mathematics at different levels- Nursery, Primary and Secondary school levels.
I can work individually or in a team efficiently. I can also help my students to set short and long-term goals and targets. I do assess myself as well asy students to track progress and to determine setbacks and look for solutions to them.
I encourage my students to learn and enjoy learning. I try as much as possible
endear my lessons to them. In that way, they will like it and want to do more by themselves.
