I use in person, video and telephone lessons to help students achieve their health, fitness and self defence goals. Initially an in person lesson is required, the student then can continue training in their own time and at their own pace once a learning curriculum has been agreed. In person lessons are required as you develop your Chi and relaxation, internal energy, stronger muscles and ready to progress into self defence and attack fighting techniques. You will be able to practice and learn many of the techniques on your own, though in person and video lessons will be required to correct posture, relaxing muscles, breathing techniques so you are able to use your skills under stress and controlled adrenaline. The 3 forms will be learned by you for a life time, the journey to health and well being is never ending, I will be here to help you on to the path and stay on the path. My experience since 1995 as a practitioner, being involved in many real life incidents, experienced to handle and teach how to be vigilant and avoid such dangerous situations, is the beginning to your well being, what you learn as a skilled martial artists is a last resort and will become your last resort to use your skills as you will learn the art of fighting is not fighting. You will improve your senses, visual senses, hearing senses, touch senses and feel senses, through the learning of Wing Chun and Shaolin Kung fu. I am here to help those that need help, are serious to learn and make a commitment for the long but very rewarding journey.
