I am a highly experienced Modern Studies teacher with 22 years of teaching all levels. I have vast knowledge and expertise in teaching National 5 and Higher levels. My students gain very high academic qualifications. I bring success through using up to date methods, resources and examples in order to skill students in creating high level SQA level answers. I provide a variety of techniques including exemplar answers and structures, allowing pupils to maximise the detail of answer requirements. I have vast experience in delivering the assignment section of both National 5 and higher. This session my pupils were 10% above the national average for their grade. In addition I have experience of SQA marking, therefore having an in-depth knowledge and understanding of SQA requirements.
