Hello! I am Grace and I am an English tutor, specifically targeted towards GCSE students, but can aid A Level. I have completely A Level English Literature in which I received a B. I also studied A Level Psychology, receiving a B and gaining a Distinction in Performing Arts. I also received an A in my EPQ, which is a dissertation about a subject of my choice, which required a lot of writing skills and english technique. I like to base my lessons on how the student best learns, and what they prefer. I will of course guide them to techniques that would help them feel engaged and involved, but alter them to how they would like to learn and to make it easier for them to understand. I also love to get to know my students to gain a good relationship with them in order for a steady, and enjoyable time. In our lessons, we would always start with a introduction, which sets us up for the lesson and get our brains in gear for the lesson ahead. I usually make them very engaging and fun to immediately get the student’s attention in order to begin the lesson. I currently train in Musical Theatre, so I love to use my imagination when planning lessons and make them as engaging and fun as they can be! I always look forward to my lessons, especially when I can build a really good relationship with my students. I’m really looking forward to meeting with you!
