The lesson will be bases to the course outline of the school the child is currently enrolled. My part is to initiate additional learning on what he learned from her/his current school. Make her/him understand better the learning modules by initiating on teaching and using of teaching aids like colorful pictures ,sounds ,video clips that the child will be learning and enjoying.
My normal procedure is to have an action song that child mood will be good and motivated. Then talk to her/him how is she ,what did she do today .
What she enjoys much of today's activity in school. Then have a motivational activity like completing a simple puzzle, after this we can start the
lesson proper. I always let the children talk and let them see that I am listening to them carefully because that will build their trust in me.

My motto in my tutorial classes is smile ,be happy and learn.
