I have been teaching for a while now and my pupils/ students gets to understand my teaching because I explore different methods to teach. Sometimes, I used the self learning method that allows them to learn themselves, discover their potentials while I just guide them, this method also involves making research, watching video clips etc. Other times, I implore the other methods which may include: discussion, demonstration, use of examples and illustrations etc. The method to use, depend solely on the topic to teach. I take my time to teach the topics until the objectives are achieved. I try as much as possible to maintain a professional relationship with my students/pupils and I don't discriminate. I believe everyone should be given a chance to test and explore their potentials. I give my students/pupils that chance to do so. I appreciate people who are willingly to learn and communication is key to achieving it.
