I used to tutor A - level PE lessons with my old teachers, and frequently have conversations with local coaches and sport scientists of professional clubs as I pursued my BSc in Sport Science at the top sports university.
Working at a professional club now has helped me refine my explanations and teachings to suit athletes, fellow students, parents, coaches, adults and practitioners.
A former athlete and current student myself, I can empathise with struggling to find solid methods of learning, so my teaching reflects my own practiced experiences of a variety of methods, all tailored to suit the topic I/ we are currently focusing on.
Now as a practitioner in training, to add to the above, I believe referring to practical situations and each individuals key area of interest is key. I can provide career experience and what I’ve found to be useful to go along with tutoring. These include physiology, psychology, biomechanics, basic nutrition, sports data and simple analytics, coaching an individual and a team.
