My sessions are designed to suit all fitness levels and are tailored based on individual goals. Whether it's fat loss, muscle gain, improved posture, or simply staying active. I focus on building a strong foundation through correct form, progressive overload and educating students about the “WHY” behind each movement.
For online and corporate sessions, I bring structure and flexibility. We usually begin with a warm-up, followed by strength or mobility work, depending on the focus, and end with a cool-down. I will explain the importance of recovery and rest, which are key to muscle growth and preventing burnout, especially important for professionals balancing fitness with work.
I also like to add short wellness tips, stretches, or posture breaks for remote workers and company teams. My teaching style is friendly, motivating, and informative. I keep the energy high while making sure every session is safe and effective.
