Have over 10 years experience of teaching sciences .I believe in allowing child centred approach methods that allow individuals to explore and discover concepts.Guiding students through basic concepts allowing them to expand on their individual talents.
Bridging the gap between those that need more time to get concepts, I don't believe there are weak students .
My approach to every topic is tailor made to suit student needs and capabilities.
Online experience via Google classroom and other online platforms can be challenging if the child isn't fully engaged and in that regard I firmly believe in engaging the child more actively use of flash cards and short simplified questions relating to each topic to give the learner more insight and to keep them thoroughly engaged throughout the learning experience.
My motto is learning is FUN ,with the right focus and resources each learning experience should be rewarding to both the teacher and the learner,to me learning is not passing knowledge down to the learner but it's all about exchanging ideas ,discovering concepts utilising what is at our disposal to help in solving everyday problems within society.
