Professional and well structured voice lessons as well as singing in practice for singers ( beginners, intermediate, and expert) who wish to bring the best out of their voices.
I personally love to hear first from my students. My classes usually would kickstart on an 'introductory note' ( A discuss, question and answer section) such as:
1.Asking my students if they have had any formal voice lessons before. If yes, they speak about their experience(s). (This helps in the placement of a student in a particular level).
2. Style of music the student will want to learn. Etc... This part aims to get the student relaxed and ready for what comes after.
I progress to the second part of the introduction:
What the voice is?
Parts of the instrument.
Posture alignment and exercises. Etc.
I go further to other part of the lessons such as:
Creating sound
Breathing
Body tension and jaw stress.
Vowels and consonants
Vocal techniques...
Violin Lesson Instructions:
Introduction to the violin instrument
Pizzicato on the violin
Finger pattern 1
Introduction to quavers
Notes on the G string
Finger pattern 2
Introduction to dotted crotchet
Spicatto lifted bow strokes
Introduction to F major scale. etc.
During lessons and at the end of every lesson, students are allowed the time to ask questions thereby making sure they have a great understanding of the lesson.
In general, my lessons are usually very interactive, applying a creative teaching method to make sure knowledge is passed after every lesson and the student is being impacted on.
