I have been tutoring Italian for many years now, with great results. I have been tutoring at any level and any age, so everyone is welcome!
I am passionate about languages and I always try to transmit this to my students as I think that passion makes it easier to learn a new and difficult language. I know the hurdles in learning a new language and can help you overcome them. My lessons are always tailored to my students and their goals. I can help you start with the basic grammar, but I am also available for conversation if you want to gain more confidence in your spoken Italian.
Regardless of the level, I always try to make my lessons fun and interesting so learning will not be a boring task but a moment in your day you look forward to, to learn new things and discover fun facts about Italy!
I learned two foreign languages myself so I know what it feels like when you start learning a new language. You may feel overwhelmed, shy, and especially at the beginning, it can be really difficult to start speaking as you do not feel confident and you are ashamed of making mistakes.
Well, we have all been there and started from there, you are not alone! When I first moved to the UK I knew everything about English grammar but it was so difficult for me to start speaking confidently with people as I always felt like my English was not good enough and they could judge me.
I later found out that there is no such thing as "not good enough" and that people really appreciated all my effort in speaking a new language :)
