First, I'll assess your strengths and limitations, then we'll work on each area step by step. My focus is on integrative fitness, where strength, mobility, endurance, and nutrition play crucial roles in optimizing your performance and overall health.
Our classes are designed to help you understand the purpose of each exercise. We'll perform each exercise together, and I'll evaluate your ability to execute them correctly.
Some classes will focus on training, while others will cover educational topics like nutritional strategies, endurance training, types of strength training, and the difference between flexibility and mobility.
I aim to share my experience and knowledge to help you become comfortable with strength training. I want you to achieve the best version of yourself, and I'll be there to support and motivate you.
